1. Easy to Clean
After use, unplug the device, remove the upperparts and simply pour the remaining chocolate from the fountain into a smaller container and let it cool down. The tower and spiral of the fountain are easy to rinse and are dishwasher safe. The stainless steel drip tray can be easily cleaned with a detergent. 2. Constant Temperature
The chocolate fountain has two settings. The first, "Heat", is used to keep the chocolate warm, the second, "Heat & Motor", to warm the liquid and warm chocolate and to transport it to the upper end of the three levels. The heating element of the chocolate fountain keeps the temperature of the chocolate constant so that it stays liquid and does not burn. For a perfect chocolate cascade, you may need to add some cocoa butter or a teaspoon of oil to the melted chocolate.
3. Easy to Handle
The chocolate fountain is very easy to use. Melt the chocolate you want in the microwave or in a double boiler on the stove. Meanwhile, heat the chocolate fountain using the "Heat" setting. This ensures that the chocolate does not freeze after it has melted. Pour the chocolate into the drip tray. Now the chocolate fun can begin! Set the switch to the second level. The chocolate is then transported upwards and flows down over the 3 levels, creating a wonderful waterfall effect.

I just used a large bag of chocolate chips and some oil worked perfectly. Honestly, most of the negative reviews are people's lack of reading the instruction manual. It has levelers on the bottom so make sure it sits level, also to get the chocolate to flow evenly preheat it
